Pre-authorisation request
Our team sends the pre-authorisation request to the insurer or scheme with your reports.
Approval
Approval is received from the insurer or scheme.
Admission and treatment
Admission and treatment proceed; the approved amount is settled directly with the hospital.
CM Relief Fund
The Chief Minister's Medical Relief Fund provides financial assistance for eligible patients. It is not instant cashless treatment. We provide the estimate and documents needed for your application.
Coverage depends on your policy or scheme eligibility and the approved treatment package. Items outside the package may need to be paid separately; we will tell you in advance.
